•Learning Intrinsic Coaching® has been a big eye opener for me. I've learned that I don't have to solve all of the problems and give my thinking all of the time and that's a relief. Intrinsic Coaching® opens up more than what's merely apparent and is a healthy way of thinking.
•I'm pleased that I'm taking with me a healthy, productive, concise way of working with people. I have a way of really supporting people in what they're wanting and a way of helping them think better. I'm learning to value people and the kids that I teach for who they are and am regarding them as capable, creative and complete. I'm giving them the opportunity to pause and find their best thinking.
•As a result of learning Intrinsic Coaching® I'm seeing so many opportunities both professionally and personally where this can make a tremendous difference. It's really exciting to see the shift in thinking in myself, too. I have a real shift in how I look at people and how I look at the world.
•Intrinsic Coaching® has given me an enhanced awareness of each individual's uniqueness and has put a curb on me viewing people through my own filters and categories. As I'm listening to people I'm being quiet, self-managing and really focusing on the individual and his thinking. On a personal level, learning Intrinsic Coaching® has meant a lot. I'm finding many more unexpected directions that are of so much value.
•I'm really working with people as individuals now (and not just the category and/or what other people have told me about them). With Intrinsic Coaching® I'm finding people developing their own goals and moving forward in ways making sense to them. It's been a very beneficial experience.
•I have developed an understanding of the difference between goals versus strategies and have a way of really working towards what is important to me. This has been a very rich and valuable experience. I'm looking forward to the unfolding that will continue...
•Learning Intrinsic Coaching® has changed the way I think. I came into this wanting to make my coaching better and came out with something very different. Not only do I have a way of coaching better, but I have a way of thinking better. It's inspiring. It's not about what structure I put into place for coaching. It's about eliciting an individual's best thinking. Intrinsic Coaching® has become a part of who I am, not just something I do. I'm excited and inspired to continue moving forward in my life (not just in my coaching) with what I've learned with Intrinsic Coaching®.
•I have learned so much about myself in these past 12 weeks. I've had the sense of the intrinsic before, but didn't know how to utilize it. Because of what I've learned with Intrinsic Coaching® I have a way of building upon best thinking, intrinsic thinking, for both myself and others. I've learned how to enrich my patients' lives with Intrinsic Coaching®. I'm also finding myself talking in a different way with my kids, family and friends and I'm so thankful for that.
•Learning Intrinsic Coaching® has been so fulfilling. It's given me a better way of interacting with others. It's relationship building, not at all limited to coaching or a specific role. It's a mutually fulfilling interaction. To me, Intrinsic Coaching® shines a light and provides a pathway to feeding one's soul in a way that is truly rich.
•Throughout this experience I've been learning about the complexity of people and learning more about myself, too. Intrinsic Coaching® guides my thinking and enables me to work with what's not merely apparent. It's been a very enriching experience!
