•I have a greater appreciation of where people are coming from and a greater appreciation for people, their thinking, and the unfolding. I also have a greater ability to really meet people where they are at.
•Intrinsic Coaching® is really unique. It gives time and space for people to be where they are at instead of trying to make something happen. It works with the uniqueness of people and the uniqueness of moments. I can really value that now and work with that now.
•I am much more aware of I>E>S and have much fuller understanding of it. I>E>S really guides me and my thinking.
•As a result of this ICDS II, I am much more comfortable and much more skillful with the methodology. I've experienced a shift in thinking where I can't go back, nor do I want to go back.

I’m taking forward an incredible sense of compassion for people. ‘Your pain is my pain, your joy is my joy,’ is taking on a whole new meaning for me. I can truly appreciate a person and where he is at and have a greater ability to be with a person in that moment.
•With the ICDS II, Intrinsic Coaching® is more effortless. I’ve gained more comfort, understanding, and ability as an IC®.
•I’m embracing the continuation. With this ICDS II, I’ve gone places that I didn’t think were possible. My continued awareness, learning, and development have put me in a place of an ‘intrinsic walk’ where it’s always with me. I always have I>E>S to guide me, my thinking and my choices. With my increased intrinsic capacity, I’m seeing more. I>E>S makes life so much more peaceful. It makes things so much better. It’s a better way of living!
•It’s a continuing process and I like that. There’s more excitement, more possibility, more unfolding with the intrinsic!
•How do we launch our kids into the world to be successful? Intrinsic Coaching®! Support them with the ability to find their best thinking in moments of choice. What better way to prepare them for success!
