Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentor (CICM)
This certification requires pre-approval. Indicate your desire to earn the CICM certification upon enrollment in a Practice Specific or other Advanced Certification.
The Professional Certified Intrinsic Coach® (PCIC) designation plus:
- CICM-D I, II, III, and, sometimes, IV (in your cohort)
- The CICM certification follows a continuing review process and final approval.

Certified Intrinsic Solutions Specialist (CISS)
This certification requires the Professional Certified Intrinsic Coach® (PCIC®) designation plus additional training plus practicum achievements.

The Intrinsic Coach® Certification is just the beginning!
The Intrinsic Coach® certification follows successful completion of the Intrinsic Coach Development Series I (ICDS I).
The Certified Intrinsic Coach® Certification completes the core certification.
The Certified Intrinsic Coach® certification, the minimum hiring standard for many organizations hiring only people trained in the Intrinsic Coaching® methodology. When appropriate, you can earn your Intrinsic Coach® certification with one cohort and your Certified Intrinsic Coach® with a different cohort.
Example: If you are a physician leader, you can earn your Intrinsic Coach® certification in the Health & Wellness cohort (ICDS I - Health & Wellness) and your Certified Intrinsic Coach® certification in the Organizational cohort (ICDS II - Organizational plus Standards & Benchmarks of I>E>S and requirements as above).
Advanced Certifications Follow Advanced Achievements:
Advanced Hours I
Twelve hours of Intrinsic Coaching® - coaching others and being a coachee! Advanced Hours are topic specific, e.g., weight management, healthy results, executive coaching, managerial topics, and more.
Advanced Hours II
Twelve hours of Intrinsic Coaching® - coaching others and being a coachee! Advanced Hours II is an advanced approach to applying the hierarchy of thinking, I>E>S, and overlaying I>E>S on anything related to better results for, with, and through people.
Benchmarks & Standards of I>E>S
If you didn't know you were part of an important movement before, you'll definitely know after this two hour Seminar.
Utilizing Assessments with Intrinsic Coaching® I & II
Imagine having access to behavioral, values, and profiles showing patterns of thinking. After Utilizing Assessments with Intrinsic Coaching® I, you'll know yourself even better than before and you'll be able to help others do the same. Utilizing Assessments with Intrinsic Coaching® II follows the core training and includes the experience of utilizing assessments with five coachees.

Become a Certified Intrinsic Coach®
A Certified Intrinsic Coach® (CIC®) designation says you’ve invested in your coaching proficiency, beyond what is required to earn the Intrinsic Coach® certification.
- Become an Intrinsic Coach® (IC®), take advanced training, add a Portfolio Review and Observed Coaching, and you can become a Certified Intrinsic Coach® (CIC®).
- This is a high level certification that builds up Intrinsic Coaching® capabilities in a way that shows.
Become a Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentor
A Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentor trains others in the Intrinsic Coaching® methodology, sometimes for Totally Coached, Inc.
- A Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentor (CICM) has worked side by side with another CICM, learning to develop others in the practice of Intrinsic Coaching®.
- All Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentors have also earned the Certified Intrinsic Coach® (CIC®) designation.
- When meeting the standards at each level, it takes around two years to become a Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentor
- Certified Intrinsic Coach® Mentors become eligible to have their own businesses in partnership with Totally Coached, Inc. Some CICM also work for Totally Coached, Inc. as a coach mentor.
