The CERTIFIED INTRINSIC COACH® follows 50 hours via teleconference, ten entries in your online coaching log related to your coaching experiences, submission of your transcript and coaching log (it's easy - it's all online!), a one hour graduation via teleconference, and optional participation in the Intrinsic Coach® Connection Network* to facilitate coaching and/or being coached outside of the training hours.
The 50 Hours:
24 Hours - Intrinsic Coach® Development Series I (your cohort)
24 Hours - Intrinsic Coach® Development Series II
2 Hours - Standards & Benchmarks (all cohorts)
50 Hours - ALL via teleconference!
While earning your CERTIFIED INTRINSIC COACH® (CIC) certification, you'll experience lots of learning, mentoring, and no exam. We think what you can DO counts more! (That's why you'll NEVER see us offering online courses where you never actually talk to or coach anyone.)
All requirements, including a final Graduation Ceremony (1 hour via teleconference) must be completed within 12 months from the start date of your Intrinsic Coach® Development Series I. (This time frame may be extended with additional training that enables the 50 hours within 12 months training requirement.)
